The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting service line growth for Regional Medical Center with strategic integrated marketing communications.
General responsibilities include:
Coordinates development and execution of marketing plan tactics and assigned projects
Develops and coordinates placement of content for traditional and digital advertising, collateral, web, and social media
Supports Physician Relations with marketing materials for outreach activities
Tracks campaign performance and budget; analyzes and reports campaign performance results
Coordinates development of messaging and creative for digital and traditional media, web, collateral and social platforms
Leverages website as digital front door and tracks web KPIs to assess user experience and campaign performance
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of experience in a corporate marketing communications department. Google Analytics and digital media experience desired. Strong communication and proof reading skills. Strategic marketing experience desired. Healthcare marketing experience a plus.
