We are seeking an experienced project manager and digital media expert to fill this Sr Planner, Digital Operations role, part of our growing Data and Analytics team. This team is implementing new ways of working and needs a strong lead at the center to keep a variety of workstreams and campaigns on time and on budget. You will support an agile test, learn and scale approach as the team drives forward a high velocity of data-informed, human solution-oriented initiatives within the Meals and Baking Operating Unit. You will be coordinating digital campaigns, managing budgets and overseeing execution by working with internal and external partners and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and media processes as you’ll ensure flawless tactical planning and execution. Operating within an agile and iterative marketing approach, you will help accelerate our growth as part of a talented cross functional team.
Project Management •Work with the MBOU Data and Analytics team to manage a variety of planning, creative and measurement workstreams ensuring they are on time, within scope and on budget •Translate digital plan elements into requirements and timelines, communicate needs and track progress of deliverables •Implement and drive agile marketing process for the team
Campaign Management •Coordinate the people, assets and partners to execute digital campaigns, ensuring our campaigns are accurate and delivered on time •Monitor campaign pacing and delivery with agency partners and MOAT dashboard •Identify and communicate areas of opportunity and/or risk
Budget Oversight •Oversee and track campaign-specific and overall program budgets •Leverage internal tools to setup purchase orders and execute billing •Work with internal Finance partners on troubleshooting and providing regular budget updates
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field •3+ years digital marketing experience at an agency or consumer-focused marketing organization •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail •Understanding of digital media, including media planning and activation, ad serving and tracking tools, tag management systems, reporting and analytics •Knowledge and understanding of project management principles and experience working in Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets, JIRA, Basecamp, Trello and/or other similar project management tools •Effective cross-functional collaboration and verbal/written communication skills •Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
•Experience working in an agile marketing or development process •Passion for digital thinking, innovation and ideation •SCRUM Master training/certification
