Kitces.com is hiring a Director of Reader Engagement to be responsible for managing and maximizing the engagement of our Readers with our Education, Resources, Training, and Research, as well as our on-platform and off-platform Solutions, including both increasing the Readership of Kitces.com itself, identifying and developing Reader Journeys, and leveraging available digital and content marketing tools and media technology to foster those Reader Journeys with an eye towards ensuring that interested Readers are made aware of the Engagement opportunities that would be of interest to them and benefit them most, while avoiding any distraction or negative brand experience for those who wouldn’t be interested anyway.
In essence, the Director of Reader Engagement is responsible for a unique form of digital marketing, where the focus is not to maximize click rates and pageviews for advertisers, but to grow brand trust and brand attention through meaningful engagement with 99% of Readers, and where appropriate facilitating the Journey of the last 1% to our on-platform and off-platform solutions that can further help them be better and more successful financial advisors.
