We're looking for an analytical, tech-savvy, Capability Development Specialists to join our team, to demonstrate to our capability developments, dedicated to making data safely accessible, and in turn improving the group's ability to reach customers with timely and relevant personalised communications across channels.
As part of your role, you'll:
Understand Marketing technology and work alongside Enterprise Data to ensure all vital data layers can be accessed by delivery teams to enable them to build data driven Personalised communications and experiences for customers.
Responsible for supporting pivotal initiatives, developing new capabilities and managing core Customer Interaction systems.
Hands-on specialist with CRM, Decisioning Platforms or analytical marketing platforms and solutions. You'll have a proven ability to understand the operational aspects of these platforms and how these capabilities can be applied to tackle business and customer challenges.
Have practical experience of how best to use technology and analytics to optimize customer communications. This may have been gained in an analytical role or a delivery focused role.
Support various development initiatives, assist in testing activities, performing research in order to understand business issues and developing practical efficient solutions to problems.
Understanding of algorithms used in adaptive systems and data driven approach to problem solving
Take an active role in leverage capability delivered through RTIM alongside implementation of vital improvements across channels

You're as comfortable getting hands-on as taking a step back and thinking strategically
You're self-motivated; you proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them
You engage and influence partners, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimizing business results

You have good understanding for digital marketing, data management, data warehouse structures and big data platforms.
