Play a key part in maintaining customer loyalty and to drive their continuous engagement with our credit card / payment business.
Lead and own the Rewards Programs. Analyze internal data and exam external lifestyle trends from time to time to create a competitive edge for the program.
Conduct periodic points-earning promotions, design and procure superior redemption items for the catalogue.
Delivery of effective marketing communications materials end-to-end for loyalty / credit card / payment campaigns, including bi-lingual press release, printing collateral, videos, advertisement, frontline communication materials, FAQ and the final output of offering document for fulfillment of product launch
Collaborate with relevant parties/other marketing teams to align on activities and to ensure the smooth launch of different marketing programs.
Responsible for formulating, planning development and implementation of Rewards policies and programs for the Company.
Monitor program progress / effectiveness and conduct post-program evaluation for future improvement.
Participate in formulation & implementation of PR plans and strategies which are in line with the business target as well as to support new business/products launch promotions. Need to handle public and media enquiries, conduct media interviews & various networking functions to enhance brand awareness for the company
University degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
Over 10 years' experience in loyalty programs, wallet payments or digital products with management level experience plus solid PR & Marketing experience. Exposure in bank environment will have added advantage. Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal, communication especially written skill and influencing skills to interact with senior management and subordinates, internal and external stakeholders at all level. Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
Ability to pay attention to details, especially those in relation to product implementation timeline and associated risks. Strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on-marketer that's comfortable rolling up sleeves to get the job done under the tight timeline
Creative, analytical, well-organized and excellent communications skills
