Delegator, Tennessee’s original Google Certified Agency, is looking for a full-time Business Development Representative who will work alongside our existing sales and operations team.
The ideal candidate will have a basic, if not advanced, knowledge of digital Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising and some knowledge or experience with businesses that make a significant amount of their revenue online, either through direct e-commerce sales or online lead generation. As a Business Development Representative at Delegator, you will have the full support from the entire team and be allowed to grow in your role for larger opportunities based on results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities
Reach out to businesses around the country, speaking with decision-makers to convert conversations into new clients.
Cultivate relationships with complementary firms, such as web development shops, creative ad agencies, and others to grow new business through shared projects.
Generate prospecting lists and research contact information for the relevant individuals.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, managing all respective sales activities (call notes, email tracking, follow-ups, etc.) using the company CRM.
In tandem with internal team members, assemble proposals that connect Delegator’s services to the prospect’s business goals and digital marketing needs.
Accountably provide accurate sales forecast numbers.
Meet or exceed sales goals and proactively manage the sales pipeline.
Post-sale, actively seek ways to increase account performance and client satisfaction.

Previous B2B sales experience (ideally more than 3 years)
