What will you be doing?
We're looking for a Content Marketing Associate to help us create content, communications and experiences to get prospective talent excited about working at BlackRock. Some of the ways that you'll do this are:
Supporting the activation and evaluation of our employer value proposition across recruiting initiatives
Creating content to support our social media channels
Providing event management support, including managing collateral and swag requests/orders and coordinating booth development, and developing email communications for pre and post-event candidate engagement, as well as on-the-ground support
Coordinating photography and video from global recruiting and internal events for use on social media and other marketing channels
Developing email/newsletter communications for campus, diversity and tech recruiting teams for ongoing candidate engagement
Generating stories for our blog, including writing, editing and working with content partners across the firm
Managing our job board presence including updating content, responding to employee reviews, and collecting and analyzing data to uncover opportunities
Who are we looking for?
5-7 years of experience in an employer brand, social media, digital marketing, or editorial role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working for a global company, with an understanding of how to tailor content to international markets and build strong working relationships with internal and external partners across the world
A proven track record of developing compelling digital marketing content, and a passion for doing so
Extreme attention to detail; holds internal and external partners to the same high standards
An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Expressed interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing, and an understanding of the value of this function at a company
