JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a marketing specialist with CRE acumen to join our Americas On Demand marketing team. The Sr. Marketing Specialist will work alongside other marketing team members and the global Centers of Excellence to support thought leadership, proposal content, social media, and internal/external communications. The Sr. Marketing Specialist interfaces directly with leaders to gain insight and knowledge about the client and uses that knowledge to assist in crafting a story aligned to the On Demand product that differentiates CBRE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
Leads and documents brand voice and champion copywriting.
Creates digital content.
Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and integrates complex research and analysis to support those strategies.
Ensures that milestones are met while coordinating and consolidating content from multiple stakeholders. Contributes directly to content related to the Company's platform.
Innovates and challenges the status quo when possible.
Continually improves pursuit content and contributes to the Knowledge Bank.
Provides quality control for materials that leave the marketing department including proofing, style guide and production management.
Works within a wide variety of templated and non-templated frameworks.
Provides marketing education team members.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to coworkers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Ability to work in InDesign, other Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
