We are looking for an Asia Digital Lead for our Asia Marketing team.
The goal of Asia Marketing is to connect, engage and serve our clients in a way that creates a competitive advantage for Franklin Templeton in the region.
This role will be based in Hong Kong and reporting to Head of Marketing, Asia, in Singapore. The Asia Digital Lead will drive our digital marketing efforts in the region by partnering with the Client Marketers on omni channel campaigns. He/she is also expected to work closely with our Digital Distribution Team in expanding our digital distribution footprint in the region.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
Ideate and strategize with Strategic Client Marketers to execute digital and omni-channel partnership marketing activities, and prioritize spend, for online campaigns, promotions, events, advertising
Manage and assess program performance by tracking activities, goals, targets, KPIs, and budget for all initiatives, to evaluate results and continually improve the performance and metrics of future campaigns.
Proactively using data, trends, competitor and market insights as well as an understanding of the customer to develop valuable and strategic recommendations for local business teams.
Be the Market expert and partner with Strategic Marketers on digital personalization strategy locally and at the region level
Working closely with external vendors, the Global Web Publishing Team and Digital Marketing Teams to deliver against these digital business objectives
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the digital marketing and distribution space.
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications or Marketing
Minimum 8 years in marketing and digital field preferably in investment management or within financial services
Bi-cultural with a familiarity and understanding of the North Asia and US digital platforms
Experience in eCommerce and digital wealth management
Ability to read, write and speak Chinese/Mandarin
Ability to present in Mandarin will be a plus
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
Open-minded, independent, street smart and ability to think out-of-the-box
Team-player and self-starter with strong work ethic and genuine interest in learning
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast pace environment
Culturally sensitive and flexible when working with teams across different time zone
Experience in Marketo and basic programing skills is an advantage.
