Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Identify current & future opportunities, develop marketing plans and proposals to build the DBS brand internally and externally
Develop & implement branding & marketing initiatives that support the organisation's integrated marketing approach
Drive advanced analytics to inform all initiatives, to inculcate fact-based decisioning, and to provide strategic insight on brand and channel performance
Assess competitors' branding approach, to ensure we continue to build best practices within DBS
Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns and to further strengthen engagement
Bachelor Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in building brand strategy, driving execution across borders through project management skills proven via successful large implementations
Prior experience managing teams and working in matrixed organisation
Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders. Able to understand business priorities and effectively build campaigns that can drive results
Understand corporate & business needs and be able to strike a balance between requests & limits constraints
360 marketing experience (print, digital, social, activations, sponsorships, etc.), and familiar with web analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics)
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
