To meet the growing demands of graphic design to support Bank of Singapore's digital roadmap and strategy, we are looking for a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking Graphic Designer for Design & Branding (Associate/Senior Associate) to join the Creative Marketing team. As part of the COO Office and likened to an advertising agency but in-house within the Bank, Creative Marketing is Bank of Singapore's brand guardian and supports the Bank in the development of key client communications and corporate/product marketing collaterals (including videos and application software i.e. apps) to promote products and services targeted at private wealth management individuals.
Create engaging, creative and innovative corporate and marketing collaterals (e.g. covers, templates, newsletters, factsheets, pitchbooks, brochures, invites, posters, flyers, infographics, HTML newsletters etc.) using relevant graphic applications and Microsoft Office programmes. Share and take ideas from concept creation through to completion - using visuals, storyboarding and layouts.
Coordinate and deliver key client communications initiatives in support of the Product Management Group (PMG) and Front Office. Liaise directly with internal stakeholders/job request owners to determine deadlines and requirements.
Provide content management support for applications software ("apps") managed by the team - including its promotional initiatives and analytics tracking/generation.
Support projects undertaken by the Design & Branding team.
As the Creative Marketing team is the brand guardian of the Bank, to familiarise, adopt and apply the Bank's branding guidelines in all deliverables.
Assist with the usage tracking of deliverables produced by Creative Marketing including analytics generation.
A Degree holder in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or relevant with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a good command of the English language, written and spoken.
A passion for and good understanding of design principles, creative conceptualisation and a keen interest to explore new ways to market the Bank's products and services and integrate new projects.
Must have a keen eye for visual elements and colours, strong layout skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and in a team environment, deliver under deadline pressure and manage time efficiently.
Demonstrated skill and competent with Microsoft Office software - primarily PowerPoint, Excel and Word and Adobe Creative Suite software - primarily Photoshop and Illustrator.
Competent with Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects
Experience in app development, TeamSite and SharePoint
Background in advertising
Proficiency in the Chinese language (reading and writing) a s this role may be required to support collaterals targeting the Greater China market
