We are currently looking to recruit a driven Sales & Marketing professional to head up the functions within a growing organisation with Financial Services. The role would suit someone with a proven sales track record within financial services and ideally experience of mortgage products.
Duties to include:-
Day to day management of the Business Development team ensuring excellent relationships are built with existing and new customers
Day to day management of the Marketing function to ensure the activities enhance the company brand, customer engagement and drives growth
Strategic development of sales plan
Ensuring return on investment in Marketing, PR and business development activity
Build and present management information, including B2C customer insights
Recruit, lead and train both the sales and the marketing teams
This role would suit a driven and established sales professional from a financial services background. Ideally someone who has been responsible for the Marketing function previously and able to leverage relationships with new and existing customers.
