Our client is a growing Fintech platform with a fantastic culture who are looking to add a senior social media marketer to their Hong Kong team. The role will have a global focus and covers strategy, campaign management, execution and optimisation. Key Responsibilities · Social media and content strategy across multiple platforms, assisting on the tone, brand, style and strategically deciding on platforms and how they will be used · Social copy and content creation with a creative element · Community management · Oversight on the social content calendar · Working with multiple teams to provide analysis and reports on success, using data to optimise campaigns · Providing suggestions for campaign and content improvement, based on data · Working with content creators and creatives to ensure the best quality of content · Global scope - working closely with teams in other regions to ensure social media development and improvement · Keeping up to date with social trends Key Requirements: · Experience within digital marketing or content with a strong focus on social media · Financial services or Fintech experience · Experience with global brands, agencies or publishers is a plus. · Native English writing ability · An interest in fintech or technology and fast paced workplaces · An understanding of paid social · Flexible, team player with good communication skills and a detail orientated, yet creative approach towards work
