Emergency Nurses Association is currently looking for two Marketing Specialists. One Marketing Specialist will assist our Membership team, while the other will assist our Sales, Creative, and Product Management team. GENERAL SUMMARY The Marketing Specialist contributes to the successful development and execution of membership marketing, tradeshow marketing, and product marketing plans and campaigns to advance the brand recognition and impact of the Emergency Nurses Association. This position actively collaborates cross-departmentally to provide coordination and assistance in developing copy, collateral, and promotional materials to achieve marketing objectives, timelines and budgets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborates closely with Membership team and Business Development Sales and Creative teams to establish area goals and ensure those goals are met.
- Assist Senior Marketing Manager in project planning, development and maintenance of marketing plans, budget tracking and vendor management, while holding stakeholders accountable for their contribution in meeting project objectives.
- Supports the Marketing team to gain an understanding of the department’s needs to aid in accomplishing projects, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Cross-trains with other Marketing Specialists to ensure there is a strong level of alignment and understanding to ensure there is consistent support.
- Participates and contributes to the marketing annual plan by making recommendations on how to promote ENA membership, trade shows, and ENA products strategically and effectively.
- Contributes to the writing of copy for print/digital marketing collateral and content using marketing best practices.
- Partners with communications team to execute social media initiatives that further ENA Membership, tradeshow goals, and product awareness with direction from the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Monitors market trends to develop and evaluate metrics to manage performance of marketing plans and adjusts plans accordingly to ensure strategic goals are on target.
- Contributes to the workplace culture that is consistent with the association’s culture statement and emphasizes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

- Performs additional related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of skills and experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marketing (preferably in a similar position with demonstrated skills and proven track record of success)
- Sound marketing copywriting skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing in an exchange of information; collect, compile and prepare work documents; set-up and maintain work files. WORKING CONDITIONS Majority of work is performed in a general office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
