We Offer Credit Suisse is looking for a Content Writer to lead the creation, curation, and delivery of investment content to CS Private Banking clients. The role sits within the Private Banking Product Content team, which coordinates marketing efforts across research, product and sales. The Content Writer will be responsible for contextualizing CS House View, product offerings, and sales initiatives and ensuring that all ideas, views and updates are delivered to clients in language that is meeting the highest standards of professionalism, clarity and appeal. The role will take a lead in developing and managing content strategy as well as measuring and tracking performance-metrics to ensure content has the maximum impact across channels.
Curate and write high quality investment content for dissemination to both internal and external clients, across various types of digital content.
Present content in an engaging and accessible manner, establishing and applying editorial standards.
Participate in investment forums to keep up-to-date with the latest Credit Suisse House Views and product shelf.
Manage an editorial calendar and develop a strategic viewpoint on content focus based on understanding of CS research, strategic-initiatives, sales priorities and data.
Take on a data driven approach to measure and track content Key Performance Indicators to gain insight and assess impact against goals.
Coordinate with multiple diverse business partners across various business divisions including research, product, platform and legal.
Seek to ensure compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
A University Degree or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience in investment journalism, copywriting, or investment communication.
Able to communicate complex financial products and investment research with simple language and possess an understanding of what makes content engaging to a reader.
Experience in digital marketing or content strategy with a working knowledge of content performance-metrics and digital marketing best practices.
Outstanding English language writing skills required for publications; written Chinese skills strongly preferred as you will be liaising with Chinese speaking clients
Able to strategize and present investment content in creative ways across different platforms and formats (video, email, mobile).
Highly collaborative and have the ability to build and manage positive relationships with business partners in a matrixed organization.
Adept at balancing multiple tasks and adhering to regular deadlines.
