RESPONSIBILITIES * In partnership with Business and Integrated Marketing leadership, drive the execution of key annual retail marketing strategies - from initiatives design to implementation and assessment of results. - Implement scalable online to offline traffic-driving tactics in partnership with the Digital Marketing team - Identify and execute on opportunities to evolve store experience and services to drive customer engagement in collaboration with the Retail Operations and Strategy team - Work with CRM and store training teams to deepen clienteling practices and drive customer loyalty and frequency * Lead the seasonal 360 marketing planning process for retail stores - Identify key retail marketing tactics to support seasonal brand and product priorities - Develop seasonal retail activation plan and briefs for Creative Services and marketing channels leads in collaboration with PR/Events, Store training, CRM and Visual Merchandising - Oversee implementation of 360 marketing plan from development to execution and hindsight, and leverage learnings to inform future seasonal planning * Support and scale local marketing efforts to drive community engagement - Develop materials and tools to support store-led marketing programs - Organize best-practice sharing across stores - Collaborate with stores leadership to identify and test new tactics and scale if successful * Prepare and deliver presentations for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. * Nurture and develop a team of supporting roles
