The Salesforce Administrator will be an important contributor for managing, editing, and enhancing UWC²’s Salesforce environment in support of enrollment goals and Marketing & Enrollment Services’ operational needs.
The Salesforce Administrator will also coach and support Continuum College Marketing & Enrollment Services staff who utilize the system, including any associated reporting tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLES: User Administration & Support
Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users to troubleshoot issues and increase their knowledge of Salesforce
Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated
Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvements
Create and maintain training materials and user documentation to support business and technology needs
Support Senior Salesforce Administrator, Digital Marketing & Marketing Automation Manager (product owner and co-admin for Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and Salesforce Developers as needed
Report Creation & Maintenance
Build reports and dashboards as requested by Marketing, Enrollment Services or other business areas as needed
QA existing reports and dashboards and implement changes to filters and report logic
Understand business goals and objectives in order to proactively suggest the creation of new reports or dashboards
Execute weekly operational duties in support of Salesforce, including de-duplication and other data quality tasks
Execute maintenance tasks as required, performing system monitoring activities, as well as configuring ongoing updates in support of changes to recruitment and enrollment processes, user set-ups, and permissions and access.
Perform quarterly tests of RFI and subscription forms
With guidance from the Senior Salesforce Administrator, design and execute solutions for common challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and workflow rules within the context of the Salesforce platform.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field AND at least 2 years demonstrated experience working within and supporting an enterprise Salesforce experience
Equivalent experiences (e.g., military or full-time work) or years of education encouraged to apply
Experience with report design consolidation, report optimization and process management
Experience analyzing and documenting different system flows, process flows and work flows
Extremely strong analytical and communication skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with database design
Experience in data migration/bulk data loading into Salesforce
Experience with handling Salesforce integrations and Marketing Cloud
Experience working in a higher-education or non-profit environment
