We are looking for a marketing ace who's ready to take their emerging career to the next level. Based in our Phoenix office, you will work with our world-class marketing team to lead, develop and execute impactful strategic marketing plans for CBRE's Arizona market and larger Pacific Southwest division.
You will be responsible for turning business objectives into executable and measurable results: driving revenue, reaching new and existing customers, and increasing brand recognition. The ideal candidate possesses a balance of tactical and strategic approaches to developing and implementing content marketing campaigns that ensure the buyer's journey ends up at CBRE. You must have a strong analytical and creative sensibility, and a mastery of forward-thinking marketing platforms - especially digital channels. Must be hands-on, ambitious, a team-player and willing to juggle multiple assignments including but not limited to: targeted marketing strategies, digital and social content development, client engagement, lines of business branding and business development support, broker/producer marketing and email strategies.
Plan, develop, execute and measure external marketing communications/content campaigns aimed at business and brand growth
Be able to decipher and articulate the needs of the business by translating revenue drivers into actionable marketing plans
Work with our local Communications and Research partners to develop content strategies and plans that drive customer engagement and product knowledge across the buyer's journey, ensuring the right content is reaching the right decision makers
Collaborate with our national content marketing (aka "Growth Marketing") teams
Leverage our technology platform and lead content development for our local digital and social channels
Ensure dedication to CBRE's corporate and brand strategy, identity and tone of voice
Coordinate with digital and creative marketing leads to guarantee deliverables, collateral and initiatives are aligned
Act as a thought leader and stay abreast of prevailing market trends and emerging technologies
Strong working knowledge of InDesign, PowerPoint, Word
Ideally, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Web and digital knowledge with a strong aptitude and interest in new technologies
Ability to execute on multiple projects
