Sr Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY The Sr Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and promoting the unique value, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for our global Healthcare offering. This position collaborates across the organization to bring value propositions to life by leveraging and activating CBRE's marketing platform and channels to focus on driving awareness, demand, adoption, and the overall success of our services with internal and external audiences. The role will also support the assigned Pursuit Excellence resource. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training. None. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information. Requires ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Ability to write RFIs, RFPs, reports, and articles in a pre-designed style and format. Advance skills in Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
