JOB SUMMARY * The Creative Operations Associate Producer serves as a project owner, responsible for the successful development, implementation, and delivery of program and project campaigns to internal and external clients, while under tight deadlines. * The successful Associate Producer responsible for managing client projects, assisting in the delivery process, and facilitating review meetings for creative executions. * The Associate Producer is a supporting member on the creative team and manages all projects for E-commerce, UX, Digital Marketing and Special Project Initiatives ensuring that messaging and all content production is aligned through every phase and delivers on time. As an integral member of the Creative Services team, the Associate Producer will coordinate digital creative assets and liaise with our cross-functional partners
Support multiple channels across Creative Operations as needed * Responsible for intake of a subset of digital requests across various markets including US, Intl and Outlet businesses and special requests * Work closely with Creative Operations Producers to handle overflow projects as needed, including Print (as needed) * Manage all creative updates for company intranet updates
Act as the liaison between the ecommerce, marketing, merchandising and development and creative teams to manage projects from conception through completion. * Schedule, traffic and prioritize a subset of digital projects and requests - ensuring all deadlines are met * Process project briefs and respond to emails in a timely manner to manage projects according to agreed upon schedules and budget. * Generate timelines for creative team to hand off assets on agreed upon schedule and communicate schedule to all teams as needed. * Review the accuracy and completeness of all requests before processing to the designers, freelancers, etc., and work with requestors to complete/correct information. * Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final project deliverables meet both the business objectives and the creative goals
Project Management * Work with other project managers, account, and creative teams to define the scope of work * Ensure we coordinate the process set forth by the Creative Operations team and we meet key milestones with our cross-channel partners and with creative. * Provide weekly job status updates to Manager and ensure timely and ongoing communication regarding all current and planned jobs. * Notify manager of critical issues and next steps to resolve. * Communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure key milestones are delivered * Coordinate with Manager and Parter Producers to communicate at cross-channel status meetings and leverage existing tools (AirTable, recaps, agendas, status reports, etc.) to maintain status updates
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage a large daily volume of projects; estimate time required and resources needed for successful project completion and communicates these needs effectively to manager and team. * Experience with Adobe AEM a plus * Align with other Creative Operations teams to assure any overlapping projects are designed/reviewed on the same timeline to ensure consistency across channels. * Pro-Active: anticipate possible problems and discuss solutions with manager. * Communicate status of projects with cross-functional teams as needed.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. * At least 3-5 years traffic/project management experience. * Strong organizational and time management skills - must be able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment. * Highly motivated team player with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. * Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills. * Attention to detail. * Proficient in workflow tools AirTable, InVision, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite a Plus.
