RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for preparing marketing materials, information packages, as well as other administrative duties. Acts as a liaison between clients and other teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains CBRE brand, product, and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, and marketing packages for multifamily properties. Errors in judgment may cause short to medium-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and line of business.
Coordinates property tours with local management companies and potential investors.
Performs market research, writes content, and edits property photos used in marketing packages.
Responsible for creating campaign email releases, as well as custom packages and templates for unique deals and portfolios while being responsible for delivery of collateral to specialists.
Updates and maintains various information databases, and generates standard and ad hoc reports as required.
Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Abstracts purchasing letters of intent to create offer summaries for campaigns.
Handles small portion of pipeline by communicating with external teams and clients during the valuation process.
Responsible for administrative tasks for busy marketing department and mall office.
Strong grammar/writing/editing skills - able to fulfill basic tasks for team members and various marketing-related requests.
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Simple graphic design experience a plus.
Photography experience with business social media accounts.
Social media experience - especially with 'Stories', 'Reels', You-tube and Tik-Tok
Assist in the conception, logistics planning, execution of all special events - including coordinating with vendors/sponsors, etc.
Lease administration/tenant coordination (leases, COIs, Invoicing, A/R Collection)
Other marketing administrative duties such as, conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for tenant distribution.
Work to update the backend of the website by maintaining the event calendar, store promotions, and store listings.
Work closely with Marketing Director, PR agency, website company and social media firm on various marketing tasks including email blasts, tenant communication, event preparation, ordering supplies, keeping an organized calendar, and incubating new ideas.
Customer Service experience
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.
Responsible for opening, sorting, and distributing inbound mail and coordinate services for outbound mail.
Answers phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching and resolving problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Helps to uphold company brand standards and guidelines when working on projects.
Some evening and weekend work will be required for mall events.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university required. Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration preferred. 2-years of experience providing administrative and project support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities required. Experience working in a fast paced environment preferred.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced skills working in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop required. HTML experience preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and writing skills.
