The Marketing team for the Kellogg School of Management is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations and lead key projects related to marketing of the full portfolio Kellogg MBA programs; specific emphasis on project and task coordination and best-in-class delivery.
You’re a bit of a jack-of-all-trades and you’re ready to expand your skill set even further. The Marketing Coordinator will manage and support key marketing efforts, including paid media, email, on-going website optimizations/updates, print collateral, and miscellaneous other initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work with cross-functional partners across Kellogg teams to align on briefs, including specifics on content inputs, scheduling, deliverables, and budgets. You’ll ensure we have smart measurement plans in place and deliverables go out the door in a timely manner, executed flawlessly. Calendar coordination, timeline management and organizing key meetings to happen when needed will be a critical component of success.
Additionally, you’ll often serve as Marketing representative in key meetings including regular status meetings, thought leadership opportunities, student-led events and more. You’ll be looked on to provide feedback and learnings back to the broader Marketing team so the broader team can all benefit from your attendance. And as needed, we’ll call upon you to performs other duties to help advance our business goals.
Support campaigns to grow admissions lead pipeline:
Support launch/growth of new programs via asset coordination across teams (CMC, Admissions, Marketing)
Assist with LinkedIn Sales Navigator efforts
Coordinate paid media campaigns, ensuring correct asset trafficking and tagging, ad hoc requests
Support development of email campaigns and tracking, including some writing, deployment coordination, and UTM management
Make strategic recommendations for key site updates such as Preview Kellogg (and implement updates via Sitecore)
Admissions insights gathering
Project tracking/management of large-scale initiatives
Lead projects for Program-specific brochure updates, collateral reprints, etc.
Conduct competitive content assessments
General meeting preparation, note taking, scheduling, etc.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. 2-3 years' experience in marketing communications, strategy, sales, or equivalent experience. Experience in executing targeted email, digital marketing campaigns, and website updates. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-starter with a zeal for collaboration in a team-based environment. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems. Outstanding project management and organization skills. Be ready to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
