This position is responsible for leading the execution of internal and external employer brand marketing strategies that promote the Greystar Pillars of Excellence and Core Values while growing the company's brand presence and reputation within highly competitive diverse talent landscapes, leading to a diverse group of talent pipelines serving the current and future needs of a growing business.
* Leads the development, design, and execution of Greystar's employer brand value proposition efforts in the US. * Maintains Greystar(r) brand standards in the U.S. company's mission, core values, "voice," trademarks, logos, colors and typography are consistently applied to employer brand marketing communications throughout the organization.* Conducts consistent talent attraction program needs assessments in consultation with Talent Acquisition team members and Line of Business stakeholders in order to create, modify or enhance, and ultimately implement strategies to address those needs.* Serves as primary liaison to US Property Management Marketing, Enterprise Digital Marketing and Enterprise Communications areas in procuring assets or content to leverage on Talent Attraction platforms.* Oversees Candidate Relationship Management platform ensuring design and function meets diverse talent pipeline development needs. * Drives unique attraction campaigns and segmentation addressing both active and passive candidate pools in support of Greystar's talent needs.* Develops, implements, and monitors systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing function and evaluates the business impact of talent attraction activities.* Partners with other members of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to incubate and develop creative solutions aligned to address business objectives.* Participates in the business planning and budgeting process by recommending talent attraction and branding strategies aligned with the company's EVP, brand and business imperatives.
