Holley Performance Products seeks to add a Senior Marketing Analyst for a full-time role within our automotive aftermarket organization. The company and location of the job is in Bowling Green, KY – a “certified” car town and only an hour north of Nashville!
Your analytical skills and digital marketing experience will help Marketing gain important insights across various digital marketing channels - and then use this insight to support the development of marketing strategies and tactics to drive improved results and better marketing ROI. The Sr. Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading the “data-first” mindset, identifying optimization opportunities, and high-value segmentation strategies around customer lifetime value (LTV). This individual will collaborate with Marketing and agency partners in establishing a robust measurement structure, inclusive of insights and recommendations.
The position is part of a highly talented group of marketing professionals and this role also helps to support the execution of the larger Digital marketing strategy under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
Role and Responsibilities:
Gathers and mines data from all relevant sources including internal customers, Hubspot CRM, Google Analytics, web-based applications, and surveys
Analyzes data identifying trends to create analyses that move beyond an explanation of ‘what happened’ to ‘why it happened’ and ‘what should be done’
Forecasts and/or predicts customer behavior based upon trends, research and analysis
Performs data validation and quality assurance on internal stakeholder reporting
Develops consumer segmentation strategy around consumer life cycle and LTV
Writes analytical and informational reports for all levels of the ecommerce organization
Interacts with ecommerce Managers to educate them on report usage, responds to data inquiries and develops ad hoc analysis to further understand the drivers behind the data
Develops powerful, engaging, and agile data visualizations (data tables, charts and infographics) for the team at large
Examines the needs and concerns of ecommerce leadership to determine opportunities or problem areas and provides feedback in the development of policies, procedures, methods and/or standards
Researches and responds to information requests from internal/external departments and management
Provides training on digital analytics and ecommerce analytics best practice and tools
Assist in maintaining analytics governance and best practices among various departments
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
1-3 years of experience working directly with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM databases, etc
Someone with deep curiosity for how to improve the digital experience for Holley customers
Passion for accuracy and attention to detail while being able to see the big picture.
Ability to identify/clarify campaign objectives and lead the development of KPIs that address these objectives
Strong analytic skills both quantitative and qualitative
Strong critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills and ability to work within a team
Advanced level in Excel
Bachelor's or Master’s degree with analytical/ technical elements for eg. Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar
Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one of: SQL/ R/ Python/ Matlab/ Stata/ VBA/ Tableau/ Power Bi/ Data Studio
Great verbal and written communication skills to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations
Excellent time management skills
Ability to align day-to-day activities to assigned objectives and incorporate feedback and take direction well.
Constant desire to expand abilities and learn new techniques, skills and tools.
Good understanding of the Web, CMS and related technologies with the ability and desire to grow your technical skill set.
Automotive and/or Automotive Aftermarket interests or experience is a plus, but not required.
