COPA Productions is the internal Marketing and Creative Agency within our parent company Hall Equities Group (www.copaproductions.com). Our main internal client is COPA Soccer Training Center (www.copastc.com). We focus on creating high-quality branded content for COPA’s digital channels and are expanding our creative team to start creating, writing, and producing our content for distribution. Our projects will include podcasts, documentaries, online digital series, and scripted video series. We are looking for a Video Production and Social Media Manager to join our team.
What we are looking for:
Our team is looking for an experienced and creative Video Production Manager who has experience executing Social Media strategy and creative for our digital channels. You will also be managing and producing a variety of creative projects from creation to distribution. Experience in soccer or athletic programs is a plus. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as being detailed oriented since you will be working with a small creative team to help bring these projects to life.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
Define and explore the most important social media KPIs.
Create a regular publishing schedule for social content.
Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print, and digital marketing)
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific marketing campaigns.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Creating social media assets via Adobe Creative Cloud programs like Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Coordinate and Produce video and photoshoots.
Book and schedule talent for creative projects
Communication lead between COPA Productions and vendors
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Social Media or Photo/Video Production role
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
Photo and Video production experience required.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent time-management skills
Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Work Status & Location:
This full-time position is located in Walnut Creek, CA.
Must be able to drive to our Walnut Creek soccer training facility.
Will include some weekend and off-hours work. Our primary filming location is a Soccer Training Facility so we do sometimes film on weekends and holidays when events are happening.
