This is a 12-month, full-time position that boasts comprehensive benefits and a salary commensurate with experience.
Maintain and implement the school’s strategic marketing/communications plan, including the implementation of the marketing budget.
Report analytics of marketing efforts and the impact on the enrollment pipeline.
Manage school-wide communications and promotion of school events.
Craft language for, format, and produce materials including but not limited to: newsletters, health notices, announcements, invitations, surveys, handouts, program scripts, parent education pieces, solicitation letters, gift and sponsor acknowledgment letters.
Manage and provide relevant content for the school’s website including: building landing pages, developing forms, writing and editing copy, adding media, managing the blog, updating code, etc.
Manage and maintain an integrated online presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) including scheduled posts, uploading high-quality images, and targeted ads.
Maintain and implement digital marketing strategy including search engine optimization maintenance, website optimization, targeted ads, press release copy, etc.
Update official school documents including handbooks, calendars, admissions documents, handouts, etc.
Execute internal communication including faculty/staff updates, meeting agendas, and reminders of internal processes.
Promote the school through traditional media including print ads and articles.
Oversee the production of materials and collateral to increase the school’s visibility and positioning.
Produce photography, videography, and visual presentations.
Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience in communications and marketing.
Well-developed writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to multitask and self-manage projects in a fast-paced, small administrative office.
Literacy in word-processing and database management.
Graphic design experience required.
Proven skills in print, electronic, web, and social media.
Familiarity with traditional media and producing press releases.
Proficient with photography and videography.
A strong background in creating and implementing integrated communications initiatives for an educational institution.
