Initiate new ideas and strategy, and implement new initiatives to drive digital adoption and digital channels capability;
Support digital channel development and services for DBS internet banking and mobile app;
Collaborate with regional digital UX team to improve existing mobile app design and customer experience;
Act as product manager to own and drive the product roadmap of digital servicing capability on internet and mobile banking;
Define business requirements and design customer journey for digital servicing capability enhancements, review functional specifications, review cost estimate and solutioning from IT, and participate in / sign off on User Acceptance Test (UAT) along with processes and documentation;
Design customer migration and communications plan through digital marketing campaigns and engagement efforts to increase channel usage;
Monitor the Voice of Customers feedback channels to identify areas for improvement, define short term action points and permanent fixes to remove pain points;
Collect and translate customer / frontline feedback into product features and enhancements, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery of requirements;
Improve customer satisfaction on both internet & mobile channels;
Ensure conformance to internal corporate and external regulatory compliance / guidelines in digital product / service delivery with support from legal and compliance department.
University education with digital product management, internal banking, mobile app or digital project management experience in the banking field
At least 5-8 years related work experience
Strong business, customer engagement & UX mindset
Strong in digital trends and technological savvy
Sound knowledge on banking products
Self-motivated, and take charge of responsibilities / areas of duties assigned
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Good project management skill, familiar with agile approach is preferred
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
