The Novartis CONEXTS organization provides business services to all of Novartis. CONEXTS has created a new team - Launch Execution - dedicated to enabling Novartis to become a launch machine! In this global role as part of Novartis' internal consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to shape, deliver and improve how we execute launches . In collaboration with the Brand Lead, you will have full oversight of the execution of the launch. Your span of oversight may be Global or US depending on the drug or other asset. You will ensure that our internal customer relationship is proactively led and the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the Launch lifecycle of projects. Together with the CONEXTS Business Partners, you will also proactively identify areas of need within brand / launch teams that can be supported by other CONEXTS services (e.g., Insights & Analytics, Creative & Digital, Market Research, etc.).
Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Tailors, coordinates, and executes Global Launch Excellence Roadmap across brand, global, and region from early development to Post-Launch. * Implements / integrates into standard governance structures across global, regional, and in-country teams. * Partners with global Brand Lead to define launch governance, develop global launch plan and priorities. * Identifies, manages, and tracks launch critical path and dependencies. * Fosters collaboration amongst launch Leads and Project Managers to enable collaborative ways of working, knowledge sharing, and consistency in delivery of identified strategies.
