Role Purpose: Fitch Learning is looking for a Marketing Executive with email marketing experience to support the CQF Sales and Marketing function in our London office in all marketing activities necessary to drive revenue and raise brand awareness of the CQF and CQF Institute in key regions across the UK, EMEA, APAC, Americas.
Reporting to the CQF Marketing Manager, this hands-on and diverse role would be suitable for a self-motivated marketing all-rounder who is looking to make the next step in their career. Joining a fast-paced and successful team, you'll help us drive marketing growth to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Work with the CQF Marketing Manager on the development & execution of the global marketing strategy to generate leads/members and drive revenue for the CQF and CQF Institute
Plan and execute compelling marketing campaigns to promote the CQF and CQFI offerings
Devise and implement a global email marketing communications plan
Create compelling email nurture campaigns to drive lead/member generation and engagement
Write email copy, design HTML templates and utilise email marketing technology
Manage, manipulate and segment large data sets for targeted marketing email campaigns
Track and review campaign performance, maximising ROI and effectiveness
Produce marketing collateral, including copywriting, proofreading and distribution
Manage and update website content using the CMS, and drive functionality enhancement
Help organize live and online CQF information sessions and Institute events, ensure a smooth running
Liaise with the sales team in our London, New York and Singapore offices on marketing activity
Be a Salesforce champion and analyse lead data to provide business intelligence
Produce stats reports on marketing campaign success, and drive and enhance reporting
Manage and update the website content and drive content creation and functionality enhancement
Attend events to promote the CQF and Institute offerings
Manage and drive social following and engagement for the brand across channels
Ensure online/offline collateral is up to date and, globally consistent in line with the brand

Experience and Skills:
Degree educated, marketing or other business-relevant subjects
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role
High degree of numeracy and strong analytical skills
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
Experience in email marketing and email automation platforms, preferably Marketo
Basic HTML knowledge, and Adobe Photoshop or similar photo software
Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Excellent knowledge of using Excel for data management and analysis
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Experience of using analytics packages, preferably Google Analytics
Experience with social media and digital marketing tools
Experience in using website CMS tools
Project and event management skills
Proactive, flexible, positive and pragmatic approach
