At least a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in social media management; knowledge of, or experience in social media marketing and digital marketing campaign management; strong writing and editing background; knowledge of business and marketing; understanding of how to create inbound traffic strategies and digital marketing funnels; experience maintaining multiple social media channels; experience building digital marketing campaigns using digital channels; knowledge of meta information requirements in HTML.
A master's degree in communications, English, or a related discipline; basic knowledge of HTML; experience working in Drupal or a similar content management system; experience working with social media monitors tools. Experience with crisis communications planning and implementation.
