Enable above market growth for heavy industries (Mining, Minerals, Cement, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Metals) by leading the development and execution of winning Regional Industry Strategies (BSR's) and marketing plans in alignment with Asia Pacific and global stakeholders.
Lead development and execution of Regional Industry Strategies (BSR's) and marketing plans in partnership with the AP and subregion Industry, BU and Sales leadership to address the key customer outcomes driving solid focus on ROI (profitable growth), strengthening Rockwell Automation brand, thought leadership position, and accelerating customer decision making/buying process.
Monitor BSR success and execution across AP and own marketing actions for the regional BSR.
In partnership with the Industry teams provide insight to BU's on Solution and technology gaps for your nominated industries.
Monitor key regional market trends and competitive landscape to create actionable insights and strategies for your nominated industries in alignment with AP and global stakeholders that capitalize on market opportunities and drive profitable growth (short and long term).
Collaborate with the global industry strategy and marketing team in global BSR and marketing programs planning and development to support AP business objectives and market opportunities; get alignment on results and lead program execution in AP.
In support of the AP and subregion specific Industry priorities; plan, develop and lead execution of integrated marketing programs that include powerful messaging, holistic solution narratives (hardware + software + services) and content strategies to drive revenue growth in AP.
Drive alignment and consistency of industry messaging through all programs, channels and media.
Define goals to measure ROI for all marketing activities as defined in the Marketing plan
Support goal alignment and collaboration between Industry, Field Marketing and sales leaders on execution of industry marketing activities.
In collaboration with wider AP marketing team, plan and drive implementation of all industry marketing campaigns, programs, launches as per the marketing plan, ensure adherence to budget, perform ROI analysis on all marketing activities.
Provide Industry insights and value proposition to Sales enablement for competency development.
Maintain regular engagement with AP stakeholders for BSR development and execution, marketing plan alignment and buy-in.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing / Business Management / Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of relevant industry experience preferably in strategy and marketing in a multi-national organisation
Demonstrated ability to build and lead by influence effective, cohesive, and collaborative teams cross-functional teams remotely and in a matrix environment.
Solid business, financial and program management acumen to develop and execute winning strategies & programs.
