As an Executive Director of Next Generation Engagement Strategy and solutions, you will own set up of NGE platforms, processes and solutions. You will leverage existing infrastructure and processes wherever possible and bring in new solutions for the enablement of customer experience management including centralized marketing technology, customer analytics and customer engage-ment/orchestration platform, content platforms, etc. to serve as a durable, scalable competitive ad-vantage for our business. You will play a critical role to develop centralized Social and digital technology, customer analytics and customer engagement/ orchestration platforms. You will be a strategic owner of all Social and Digital Marketing tooling and infrastructure, in-house and 3rd party, and lead a team that provides architecture, implementation, and operational support.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Marketing & Social selling and orchestration platform tools that support the build of next generation personal engagement solutions
Lead execution of marketing automation and marketing analytics platform investments, in-cluding identifying opportunities, selecting solutions, integrating them into existing systems and processes, and supporting their adoption and use by cross-functional teams.
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Marketing & Social selling and orchestration platform tools that support the build of next generation personal engagement solutions
Lead the ongoing transformation of commercial acceleration and digital transformation to build customer engagement solutions that is personalized and relevant, and act as a cham-pion of Next generation customer engagement.
Lead the platform build including identifying opportunities, selecting solutions, integrating them into legacy systems and processes, and supporting their adoption and use by cross-functional teams
Lead vendor evaluations with appropriate stakeholders to define business requirements and influence technical specifications to ensure tools and systems are developed and setup effectively for next generation customer engagement operations.
Develop strong internal relationships with all levels of management to promote the culture of automation, experimentation and data.
