The Admission & Marketing Coordinator supports the Enrollment Services Division in day-to-day operations, internally and externally, including planning and executing recruitment campaigns, measuring results, reporting on campaigns, as well as working on content marketing enrollment services, processing admissions applications and governing institutional policies.
The Admission & Marketing Coordinator works in close collaboration with operational and student recruitment team members and well as the marketing team to support specific strategic objectives. This is achieved through efficient utilization of systems, tools and workflows.
The position will report to the Associate Director of Strategic Recruitment & Engagement.
Ability to travel to on- and off-campus locations as needed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Support recruitment and marketing managers on developing, launching and executing multiple marketing campaigns to generate leads and create demand. Campaigns will include, but are not limited to, travel, prospect, lead, new admit and special populations. Work to target new prospects through researching target prospects and supporting marketing and recruitment in executing a recruitment strategy.
Manage campaign measurement and effectiveness evaluation, collecting and analyzing the data from salesforce and communicating with the team internally.
Support content marketing efforts through regular updates to content and constant evaluation of drips through open rates and action taken by prospects/leads.
Successfully supports marketing and recruitment on campaign development and execution, with attention to detail, project milestones and deadlines.
Leverages campaign reporting in Salesforce and implements campaigns to convert marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads.
Collaborates with events team on campaigns and content creation.
Collaborates with the marketing & recruitment team on special projects as needed.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to populate CRM/SIS databases with accurate and up to date information, including, but not limited to, document, data imports and tracking applicant status.
Develop relationships and serve as liaison between GPO and campus administrative offices (Business Office, Financial Services, Registrar, and Accounting) for general troubleshooting.
Assist student recruitment and admission team in understanding campaigns and timelines. Facilitating trainings and updates to internal teams.
Contribute to weekly team meetings and assist in the identification and communication of pertinent issues and opportunities.
Provide insight and analysis around process improvements, trends and behaviors by tracking activity and enrollment reports.
Exhibit thorough understanding of processes and adhere to agreed upon methodologies and ensure all guidelines are followed.

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification and three years of related experience.
Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, high-volume environment, prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
$17.83 - $27.64 / HourlyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
