We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to drive improved engagement and conversion metrics throughout the full marketing funnel for marketers and brands across various sectors.
You will own the strategy to efficiently and cost-effectively increase current revenue sources and open new revenue sources to drive incremental growth for marketers. Data matters to you; you have a deep understanding of performance data and know the right metrics to consider and measure in any environment. Your love of AdTech and MarTech is key; you are fluent in bringing in the right tech stacks to efficiently deliver on high impact results.
As Director of Growth Marketing, you'll drive and manage various accounts and ensure we have the right programs in place to meet clients' growth objectives. You'll manage a passionate team of programmatic and growth strategists as well as collaborate with data analysts, creatives and brand strategists.
You will pay close attention to the details and budgets for each campaign that we on behalf of clients.

About You: Required
8+ years of experience in demand generation/performance marketing
4+ years of experience managing marketing professionals
5+ years of client-facing experience
Deep experience working across a broad range of online acquisition channels including paid media and paid social
Experience with growth and lifecycle management strategies with knowledge of marketing automation techniques and email marketing best practices as well as SEO/ SEM
Highly analytical with a proven ability to work with data to find areas of improvement across complete marketing funnel
Working knowledge of CDPs, DMPs, relevant AdTech and MarTech stacks
Current on data and privacy compliancy and next gen Performance Advertising strategies and tactics
Strong generalist who sees the big picture and delegate accordingly
Strong track record of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to produce high-quality output under tight deadlines, with minimal guidance
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and unparalleled prioritization skills
Collaborative with peers and mentor to team members
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
