Plays an integral role in developing a fully integrated marketing strategy and advancing KPIs; assists in building and distributing innovative videos, emails, newsletters, blogs, and website content/platforms.
Develops social calendar and manages MBA social presence, including paid and organic advertising campaigns, as well as corresponding budgets.
Assists the Creative Lead in the planning, design, creation, and brand alignment of all content and platforms, ensuring brand identity guidelines and best practices are maintained across all visual elements.
Aids the Content Lead in creating, identifying, and segmenting content across relevant audience profiles, including admitted student populations.
Supports Admissions Marketing team in performance tracking/regular reporting of social media content and other marketing efforts.
Conducts competitive assessment to identify, develop, and draw upon industry best practices both within, and outside of, higher education.
Collaborates with Boothâ™s Central Marketing Department to ensure brand cohesion across audiences, and assists in shared initiatives as needed.
Partners with internal units to identify cross functional opportunities to further engage prospective student, current student, and alumni audiences.Â
Organizes and manages the Admissions Marketing digital asset library.
Participates in the MBA recruitment and selection process, including recruitment travel, and partner with current student community to facilitate the admissions yield process.
Recruits and/or evaluates applicants for admission by interviewing, reading applications and summarizing evaluations. Completes these tasks independently or with some guidance and instruction from others.
Participates in special projects such as developing marketing materials, monitoring budgets and recruiting underrepresented groups with moderate/high levels of authority.
Performs other related work as needed.
A minimum of one year of related experience in marketing and communication.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Expertise in graphic/multi-media editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Adobe Creative Suite. Consistent ability to meet a high bar of quality content creation.
Proficient with social media management programs, dashboards, and or measurement.
Skilled with integrated communications, B2C marketing, and/or experiential marketing.
Exposure to web applications, html, content management systems, and/or CRM systems.
Working knowledge of social media best practices.
Familiarity and passion for multimedia production - including video/audio recording and photography.
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as organizational skills.
Work independently with little supervision; possess a self-motivated disposition; identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective changes, all while achieving key objectives resulting in desired outcomes.
Domestic and international travel.
