Responsible for the daily management of the department's graphic design and creative work for Athletics. Associate Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement is responsible for assisting with the coordination of marketing and promotional efforts for Boston College Athletics, its thirty-one athletic programs, and more than 730 student-athletes. Primary responsibilities include the management of graphic design and creative supporting marketing, advertising, fan attendance, fan engagement, and game day experience programming. Management and execution of annual on campus Olympic sport marketing plans, advertising, attendance strategies, fan engagement, and game day experience programming. The position creates and manages the annual marketing plans for men's and women's soccer and baseball. The role will assist with managing one graduate assistant, one work study student, and twenty five student marketing volunteers.
In addition the position will be athletics liaison for BC band programs including scheduling and coordination of performances around athletic events.
This position reports to the Associate AD for Marketing and the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement
