What you’ll be doing...
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, Verizon’s Social Analytics Manager will support Verizon’s social marketing efforts by providing social insights, and driving consistent delivery of concise, actionable analysis of our social marketing activity. We are looking for a skilled social media analyst who is well established as an expert across core and emerging social platforms, and a leader who thrives on collaboration with other teams. Your outstanding communication skills will compel action and help set Verizon’s future social strategy.
Partnering with the Director of Social Media, you will be responsible for:
Social campaign performance measurement including the development of KPIs, projections, executive updates, and campaign post-mortem analysis.
Stewardship of weekly and monthly reporting.
Development of dashboards to enable real-time performance insights.
Leading agency team members to deliver the measurement strategy of each social execution.
Partnering with experiential and sponsorship teams to align on measurement of non-traditional media initiatives and digital experiences (i.e. Web AR, XR).
Evaluating and adopting new tools and methodologies to level up Verizon’s social capabilities.
Driving measurement POV for new and emerging platforms (Audio, Gaming, Mixed Reality).
Working closely with the Programmatic and Paid Social Center of Excellence.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience measuring Social & other digital channels.
Experience using at least two of Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr, DCM, TweetDeck, SpikeTrap or relevant.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of experience in measurement of Social or other digital channels.
Detail-oriented approach to holistic marketing measurement and project management.
Clear and assertive communication skills.
Results-driven perspective on marketing.
Accomplishments in data visualization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations.
Ability to turn raw data into actionable conclusions.
