What you’ll be doing...
You will provide strategic thought leadership, optimize our marketing resources, and bring new ideas to our comprehensive communications and social media strategies. A significant part of the role will be dedicated to leading the design and success of our top priority recruitment programs.
Advise the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to provide creative talent attraction ideas, identify opportunities, and lead effective implementation of recruitment marketing tactics.
Drive strategy and play a critical role in the success of our talent attraction programs and projects.
Develop business cases to influence acceptance/adoption of recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives.
Create strategic program plans and provide recommendations to Talent Acquisition Leaders and key stakeholders.
Evolve career site content/strategy to ensure relevancy and to keep competitive.
Ensure consistency with corporate branding strategy and establish trusted relationships with Brand partners.
Establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Drive opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies.

You’ll need to have:
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in marketing, communications, talent acquisition or relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience managing marketing strategies for unique programs/special projects.
Experience with social media strategies, marketing tactic development and creative storytelling.
Experience in recruitment marketing at a Fortune 100 company.
Experience managing international campaigns.
Experience in branding, advertising and content strategy.
