Understand business strategy and business capabilities, identify business pain points and opportunities, develop IT roadmaps and IT strategy in close partnership with business stakeholders and IT delivery team
Influence and partner with business and IT delivery team to align the IT portfolios, build IT business cases to obtain the approval and funding in local and global.
Act as the Business Analyst to document and analyze business requirements and processes, work with IT delivery team to translate into IT solutions
Act as an interface between business and IT delivery team, be accountable for the IT delivery through collaboration with business, IT delivery team and vendors. Ensure the IT projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
Proactively advise on process optimization with the best practice in the industry
Manage IT budgets, project expenditures and return on investment.
Build trusted relationship with business, manage user and stakeholder expectations
Stay abreast of new technology and digital trends, educate / help business to understand how to use digital technology to enable business
Collaborate with BRM's of other function areas and regions to explore IT synergies and efficiencies.
Solid knowledge in FMCG industry
10+ years of IT experience in a large multinational organization, 4+ years in IT BRM/BP/BA role
Demonstrated experience in both technology and business in eCom, Digital Marketing and CRM
Logical and analytical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
Good communications skills in both written and oral
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, collaborative and a partnership approach to build relationships
Good leadership and management skills
Ability to influence and build consensus with others
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another discipline relevant or equivalent
