Our location in Columbus, Ohio, currently has an opportunity for a Brand Manger Ecommerce. Main responsibility is to develop and execute marketing solutions to drive sales, margin and market share on Category leading brands in the eCommerce channel.Ensuring Abbott's Therapeutic brands lead in all aspects along the digital path to purchase to drive demand through innovation, content and marketing activations.This individual will partner with their Sales/Shopper counterparts, Brand Leadership, Shopper Insights teams, and agencies to develop and deliver integrated Marketing plans for our eCommerce customers.This individual will ensure strategic alignment between our consumers, shoppers, Retail teams and the Abbott Brands objectives

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Key point of contact to drive speed and support with cross functional teams including each brand SBM (ie Ensure, Glucerna, Juven, Nepro, etc) aligned to Brands KPIs
Establishes wholistic eCommerce strategy to include 3-5 year innovation roadmap
Identifies brand specific opportunities and eCommerce strategy for media, search, content, social integration, and onsite issues
Media - ensure integration and cohesive planning across all relevant touchpoints (digital, search, promotions, social, CRM, etc).
Search - Collaborates with Enterprise search team on strategy and investment recommendation across holistic search
Content- Drives alignment between brand and sales across existing and new product launches
Supports development of key program integration such as HCP/Retailer and Caregiver online activation
Vets and supports unique eCommerce projects from eCommerce Enterprise (damages improvement through packaging, Andon cord mitigation strategy, voice test and learns, brand store launches, new platform expansions proposals, etc)
Drive Brick and Click funding strategy
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's Degree required with 3-5 years of Marketing, eCommerce sales and/or digital marketing experience
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Ability to present and influence others, including Abbott and Customer leaders
Experience including consumer/shopper insights, and analytics
MBA strongly preferred.
