Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager. The Sr. Product Manageris responsible forthedevelopment, management and implementation of amembership program that will be consistent with the organization's current needs and long-term needs.Will recommend and develop successful membership strategies and tactics to articulate a compelling value proposition to members and prospects. An ideal candidate will have extensive experiencecreating consumer experiences through a membership or subscription model, and will work cross-functionally(Product, CRM, Digital Marketing, Legal, OEC, Finance, etc.)to identify, structure, and executeMyFreeStylemost strategic deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the entire membershipconsumerexperience: join,conversion,andengagement
Recommend, develop, and execute membership strategies to drive aggressive membership goals for growth and retention
Embrace data analysis and research to understand member needs,segmentsand journeys; analyzes market trends, identifies new markets.
Definethe partnership model for the Program (How, where and who)
Partner with digital and IT teams to developthe infrastructure needed to integrate the model in the program (Website, app,etc)
Work cross-functionally to align keystakeholders, including legal and compliance, customer operations, marketing, sales, product and engineering, and executive leadership
Partner with CRM to plan and develop content for specific partnerships
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap development
Conduct formal market research
Reports directly to Consumer Marketing Manager
Coordinate interdependencies of different workstreams to develop the brand membership proposition
Collaborate with Market Research to capture Consumer Insights
Assist in developingCreative Campaign and messaging
Develop tactical plansand lead team to execute on time and with excellence
Anticipate and identify problems and develop solutionsusing creativity and innovation
Manage Consumer Marketing budget ensuring plans are executed within budget
Partners withcreative and strategic agencies
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years' experience, with at least two years' experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 3 years of related experience.
