The Market Development Manager, Neurovascular will lead and support all initiatives pertaining to market expansion across India including govt advocacy, physician education, therapy awareness and marketing activities for new accounts. The MDM will work closely with regional and local sales managers and marketing managers to drive alignment on advocacy, awareness, education and marketing programs.
Therapy Education and awareness
Successfully onboard and learn about neurointervention therapies, clinical studies, competitive landscape and therapy penetration within India
Facilitate education and training programs for Physicians and Commercial teams
Roll out of SkillAssist program in India.
Selecting 10-20 new fellows per year, in consultation with the NV India leadership team, and then Implementation and Execution of new Physician Development Program - 3 year curriculum based wholistic plan for Skill upgrade and practice establishment of a new fellow.
Support therapy product awareness initiatives across general public and within healthcare communities with the aim to drive improved adoption of best in class therapies for stroke management
Education and awareness building with key stakeholders at government healthcare agencies around the importance of stroke management and efficacy and safety of current neurointervention therapies
Identify states and Public Sector Undertakings that have the capacity to drive adoption of technologies for neurointervention
Build data around incidence, prevalence, quality of life, budget impact and health economics of stroke within States and organisations for impact assessment
Build concept notes and proposals for submission to key personnel in the state and central govt health agencies
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Undertake individual tasks of the annual marketing plan as assigned
Collaborate with regional and national cross functional teams to deliver successful outcomes on market development
Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall Business goals
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Stryker's Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure distribution sales employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
Minimum education: Any Bachelors degree in Science, Technology or Engineering, Marketing or MBA preferred
