An experienced, adaptable and self-driven individual who has a passion for digital and how analytics can be used to inform decisions across the organisation. This role is responsible for enabling the governance and analytics of client engagement data across all Marketing touchpoints. This includes, collaborating with the business and development teams to ensure the compliance, integration and day-to-day use of data meets our objectives.
You'll be busy, working closely with the business teams from analytics and development professionals to Marketing, Sales and Client Servicing. Digital is a changing landscape at Schroders with an emphasis on innovation.

The central Digital Marketing team plays a pivotal role in how we engage with our clients and prospects across channels. Not only do we rapidly respond to the demands of the external environment and those of our Sales and Marketing teams, but the team is also strategically positioned to continuously deliver innovative solutions.
An important function is to provide analytics on how individuals are responding to our content and propositions. This can then be used as valuable insight to help create new opportunities for business growth and retention.
The team work closely with a number of stakeholder groups both centrally and throughout the EMEA, US and APAC regions on strategic initiatives designed to demonstrate the value of Marketing on Sales activity.
What you'll do
As a subject matter expert, you'll be expected to manage and lead on several key areas, including the delivery of objectives aligned to Global Marketing's priorities. These include: ??? Collaborate with the regional Marketing teams on the planning, tracking and measurement of campaign analytics ??? Own the roadmap and communication plan for implementing Marketing's analytics and data governance initiatives ??? Ensure data quality, compliance and auditing meets regulatory standards, including GDPR and MiFID II ??? Optimise the client journey using data and insight to inform business decisions across multiple digital touchpoints ??? Help manage the backlog of Marketing's analytics priorities and define achievable objectives to be delivered using the Agile process ??? Oversee the process, structuring and integration of Marketing data to ensure it's suitability for use by key stakeholder groups ??? Strive to improve the day-to-day use of of data and insights to support client retention and new business development ??? Continuously explore new ways to improve Marketing's analytics capability an measure the return on investment ??? Be a voice of reason and positive change to encourage the best-in-class use and adoption of analytics by the Global Marketing teams
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
??? A comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing, analytics and technology ??? Hands-on experience using analytics tools and tag management systems ??? Able to work-with data and interpret into meaningful business insight ??? Knowledge of data governance procedures and regulatory policies ??? Strong communications and stakeholders management skills at all levels ??? Delivery of large-scale digital, migration and change management projects ??? Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Marketing, digital or similar field
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
??? Google Analytics, Tableau reporting and Salesforce Einstein Analytics ??? Working with Sales and Marketing teams across multiple geographies ??? Project management skills, such as Agile Product Ownership ??? B2B industry experience, particularly within Financial Services
