The Product Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns for our pharmacy network and medication affordability solutions and to support product marketing needs for our pharmacy logistics solutions. This role will help the Product Marketing team effectively communicate the value proposition for how our solution portfolio helps pharmacists to practice at the top of their license while also helping patients afford their medications. Success in this role is demonstrated through the ability to understand our customers' needs and execute campaigns that drive demand for our solutions and support our strategic business goals. The right candidate will have excellent planning skills, creative ideas and the knowledge to execute multichannel campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing who provides direction on aspects of your projects. You'll partner closely with the rest of the CoverMyMeds marketing team to implement marketing plans, support business stakeholder alignment and help with reporting the impact of Product Marketing's customer-facing campaigns and activities.
Support execution and project management of product marketing campaigns:
Partner with product marketing, digital, events and marketing operations teams for planning and execution
Implement a "launch and learn" approach to campaign execution
Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI; and identify opportunities for execution efficiencies
Develop and maintain a campaign calendar to deliver on promotional objectives
Support marketing activities for innovation solutions:
Support the development and execution of product marketing plans
Gather input from internal stakeholders, i.e. sales, product management to marketing plan execution
Create and execute marketing launch activities for new products
Gather insights and incorporate them into the positioning of our solutions to evolve with our customers' needs
SKILLS & EDUCATION
4 years of professional marketing experience, B2B marketing experience preferred
Experience managing campaigns and events
Experience supporting marketing plans and optimizing marketing mix
Attention to detail, solid organizational skills and proactive project management
Excellent communication skills
Sales and marketing system familiarity, i.e. Marketo and Salesforce.com or similar solutions
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Experience successfully managing projects in a complex, matrix organization
Enjoys the challenge of meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to act independently with sound business judgement
Desire to serve as an inclusive and positive team member
Flexibility to take on different roles and duties as required
4-year college degree
