Assists with administration and ongoing maintenance of Executive Educationâ™s marketing technology, including Salesforce, Marketo and Cvent.
Owns and maintains Executive Education data quality and data cleansing processes, including both auto and manual updates.
Manages the Marketo and Cvent Salesforce integrations, regularly reviewing all campaigns and registrations to ensure data is syncing properly and promptly resolves all issues.
Partners with the Marketing Systems Administrator to design, develop and maintain critical marketing metrics to enable data-driven decisions; prepares and presents regular program analytics to the marketing team.
Builds and maintains advanced/complex automation techniques in Marketo, (i.e., nurture programs, segmentation, dynamic content, etc.).
Supports the Marketing Systems Administrator with Account Based Marketing strategy and initiatives for the marketing and enrollment, and business development teams.
Supports the Marketing Systems Administrator with systems upgrade and process-improvement tools research, initiatives and roll-outs.
Assists marketing team with email program builds and day-to-day Marketo support; serves as Marketo subject matter expert.
Develops and maintains systems training and resources; regularly meets with cross-functional teams to provide in-person training as needed.
With moderate direction from others, conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses. Uses basic understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements.
Administers new IT developments, keeps up with evolving business requirements, and uses knowledge of University systems to recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Performs other related work as needed.
Relevant Salesforce experience.
Relevant experience with Marketo or other Marketing Automation tools.
Previous marketing experience.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Proficient with Tableau.
Proficient with Google Analytics reporting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work well with multiple departments.
