The Director will play a key role in contributing to the development and execution of digital strategies for the Westchester Medical Center Health Network and WMCHealth.org affiliates in the Hudson Valley. The Director will plan and manage production of website pages and updates in collaboration with technical support vendors,and will help to plan and manage the marketing department's tech stack and tools. This role will sit within the network's marketing and communications department.
A Maintain the health system's external facing websites to design and accuracy standards A Design, test, deploy web pages. A Develop navigation and content within existing CMS templates and tools. A Manage SEO strategy and define ways to increase paid and organic high-quality traffic A Webmaster for Network; Oversee and manage web platform function and efficacy. A Work with vendor partners to develop new architectures, navigation, and functionality; manage SSL licensing and IT relationships. A Maintain and improve network's external facing websites; set standards; execute consolidation strategy. A Manage SEO strategy and define ways to increase paid and organic high-quality traffic. A Identify opportunities/contribute to solutions to automate digital-first relationships and processes, such as apps and platforms. A A Contribute to WMC's paid social media strategy in coordination with the social media manager. work closely with social media manager and the broader marketing and communications team to develop campaigns with a strong focus on KPIs and ROI. A Operate e-marketing program, supports database maintenance and management. A Collaborates on development of CRM capability. A Execute e-mail based marketing tactics. A Responsible for currency of local business listings, provider directory data accuracy of phone/web/addresses for facility-employees-providers in collaboration with project manager/coord, and practice marketing ops. A Represent the Marketing Department with hospital service line management, collaborating with departments, programs and affiliates A Serve as liaison to regional teams and build web presence that aligns with program and network messaging. A Stay abreast of industry trends and educate team on relevant changes. A Manage external resources and agencies, serving as point of contact and project lead. A Ability to manage budgets and work within a cross-functional team. A Strong attention to detail. A Comfort in a matrixed organization with ability to manage various workstreams. Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within healthcare or regulated industry space; agency experience also preferred. Minimum of 2 years of web design experience. Direct experience managing content and design for digital properties. Experience working in content management systems, such as Oxcyon, SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, SiteCore, etc.) Direct experience in executing and managing SEO, paid digital search campaigns, email marketing, directory and database management, CRM programs.
Bachelor's degree, required.
