Greystar, a national leader in the multi-family industry, is seeking a Social Media & Web Content Associate to join our global Enterprise Digital Marketing team in the US. Support the Content Manager to content and execute social global social media strategy
Curate, schedule, and publish content for all social media platforms and Greystar blog (including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn)
Create, monitor, and promote user generated content (e.g., Instagram stories) with direction from Content Manager
Contribute to the analysis and regular reporting of social media growth and engagement
Building, editing, and updating web pages utilizing existing website templates
Ensuring SEO and web UX best practices are met on all pages
Providing accurate and timely feedback to support tickets for web requests
Conducting regular website quality assurance audits to check for broken links and expired content
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years social media experience
A solid understanding of social media industry and each platform
Proficient with social software (i.e. Reputation.com, Facebook Manager)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite (for ad hoc tasks)
Basic knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics with ability to interpret data
Familiarity with Sitecore or a comparable content management system (CMS) a plus
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Organized, collaborative, and process-driven in their approach to work
Thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment
Strong communicator (both internally and externally)
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, happy to get involved in a variety of activities
A team player comfortable working with teams across the business
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
