We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Services , for our Office of Development .
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager will:
Assist in executing internal department marketing needs and requests, including tailored event marketing and high-touch donor engagement through mass-communications.
In addition to supporting programs across Development, the Senior Manager will drive operational efficiencies as well as provide leadership and expertise to ensure successful planning, execution and monitoring.
Will work to help our colleagues achieve their programmatic goals from planning to acquisition to retention to engagement.
S/he/they will work closely with the Creative Director and Director of Communications, as well as with members of the OneDevelopment team including email marketing, content management (donor engagement), digital outreach, and event marketing.
Bachelor's with 5 years relevant experience.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, applicants with relevant experience will be considered.
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on details.
Outstanding time management skills are essential.
Experience with one or more Workflow management tool such as Basecamp or Jira.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high-volume of projects.
Demonstrated understanding of integrated marketing across the entire prospect and donor cycle, and how marketing strategy, data, segments, channel, creative, and content drive desired business outcomes
Familiarity with digital assets and content management.
