The Marketing Manager position will focus heavily on driving marketing and communications strategies for one of our largest clients, Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC). As a nonprofit entity, IEC needs support in driving innovative strategies to increase member engagement across website, content, events, and donor opportunities.

Candidates with experience in creating and improving processes will be essential as we continue to grow and onboard new clients.
Develop strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement, including channels such as website, digital, social, and email communications.
Serve as Editor-in-Chief of Insights magazine, working closely with the committee who
oversees the editorial content
Lead the marketing and communications strategies for the annual tradeshow, including on-site experience
Help lead the launch of a new online storefront, creating a resource for local chapters to utilize branded materials
Mentor a team to grow professionally in the marketing industry
Manage and launch new marketing platforms and channels to improve team efficiencies and innovation
Leverage market research and analytics to make recommendations for new programs and outreach
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
Experience creating, managing, and sourcing content, including publication editorial, email marketing, and website development
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical background with the ability to make decisions from market research and analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build consensus and work cross-departmentally
The Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) is a nonprofit trade association federation with 52 educational campuses and affiliate local chapters across the country. IEC represents over 3,300 member business throughout the United States and educates over 12,000 electricians and systems professionals each year through world-class training programs. IEC contractor member companies are responsible for over $8.5B in gross revenue annually and are composed of some of the premier firms in the industry.
