What does a great User Insights & Product Analyst do?
You will optimize the experiences that comprise the customer acquisition lifecycle. You will analyze user behavior and data both for prospects (potential customers) and the sales representatives that engage and convert these prospects. You will produce insights that allow the product team to identify areas of friction and provide actionable recommendations on how to improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and has passion for process improvement, forming and testing hypotheses, and data storytelling. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this individual will ensure that the product team is informed and making data driven decisions that improve conversion rates.

Can manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have excellent communication skills - including listening and presentation skills - and can work across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering) to drive innovation and results.
In this role, you can look forward to:
Designing and performing detailed user analysis that uncovers trends and user insights necessary to make key business decisions and improve conversions rates.
Creating strategic recommendations based on insights to inform feature development of products and processes.
Designing scoring models to measure and predict conversion likelihood based on user engagement and behavior.
Defining key performance indicators to track and measure success for both internal and external users.
Identifying areas of growth and key opportunities based on quantitative analysis and data mining.
Working with product designers to inform and develop user personas.
Present insights to help stakeholders and executives see through the numbers and develop a deep understanding of how users engage with our products.
Post launch, you will evaluate features using analytics and collaborate with product to inform roadmap development.
Form hypotheses and conduct ongoing experimentation, with a laser focus on optimizing conversion rates.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration
4+ years of experience in product management, digital marketing, management consulting, or a related quantitative field
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, economics, mathematics, physics)
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the user and tell a story through data
Innate curiosity for proactively solving complex problems through hypothesis-driven analysis
Experience presenting findings to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
Fluency in Python, R, and SQL and knowledge of relational databases, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions is a plus
